Techno Hub

Techno Hub needed a partner who could take ownership of their systems over time rather than deliver once and disappear the same team available for enhancements, fixes and new modules as the business changed.

Alongside that, their team communication and social presence had no consistent look internal documents, employee posts and day to day content were handled ad hoc.

Rident Labs took the engagement on as a long running partnership, with requirements analysis in front of each phase of work and delivery running in short increments with regular demos.

Rident Studio ran a "Meet the Team" campaign brand guidelines, Word document templates, T-shirt design and employee spotlight posts giving Techno Hub a consistent look across internal and external communication for the first time.

The two divisions now run in parallel: Labs is building an automation system and a new website, while Studio manages social media and content creation on an ongoing basis.
